I was going to do arms and abs yesterday and wouldn't you know it I am sick. I'm coughing, sore throat, headache. I'm going to try and get better and then pick up where I left off. I know some people work out when they're sick anyways and say that it actually helps, I think it sounds like crap. Maybe it works for them but I think it would just make me feel worse and drain my body when it's trying to get better.
I hate that! I got sick sometime during the begginning as well. I only did part of the yoga and I walked on the treadmill two days ;)
